4 1/2 cups diced tomatoes any variety, about 5-6 med/lg tomatoes
1 cup diced onions red or white
1 poblano peppers roasted and chopped
1 pepper anahiem, roasted and chopped
1 1/2 tbsps minced garlic
3/4 cup chopped cilantro slice it up stems and all
4 tbsps fresh lime juice about 2 limes
1/4 tsp chili powder chipotle
1 jalapeno chilies diced, I actually don’t use jalapeno very often
5 1/3 ozs tomato juice that’s the little tiny can, half the size of a pop can
