1 tbsp mustard seeds yellow or black
2 tsps ginger preferably freshly grated
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 1/8 tsp if you prefer less spicy
1 1/2 cups peas

1/2 tsp black pepper
