1/2 cup Hatch Green Chiles 2-3 peppers, roasted with skin and seeds removed, chopped, Grilled peppers work well, too!
1 1/2 cups sweet corn kernels cooked
1/4 cup tomatoes chopped
1/4 tsp chile powder
1 1/3 cups shredded cheese I used a combination of cheddar and Monterey jack.
