1 cup dates about 18-20
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
4 tbsps cocoa powder
2 tsps coffee granules instant
4 tbsps maple syrup honey works perfectly as well but bars will no longer be vegan
1 dash vanilla
1 pinch salt
1 cup brown rice puffed, unsweetened
1/2 cup walnuts don't put these into the food processor!
