Ingredients

1 pkg salad greens we use about 3 cups from our local Farmer's Market including baby lettuces, spinach, frisee and arugula
3 heads endive red California
3/4 cup butternut squash peeled, seeded and cut into small dice
3/4 cup beetroots peeled and cut into small dice
1/4 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsps olive oil good quality, we LOVE Nudo
salt sprinkle of flake, we like pink Himalayan
1 asian pear small, chopped or sliced, May sub apple
walnuts Maple Glazed, see recipe here
2 tbsps olive oil good quality, we used our Nudo
2 tbsps pomegranate juice pure
1/4 tsp mustard good quality, we use Maille
