1/4 cup coconut milk if you don't have any use regular milk
4 tbsps maple syrup
1 1/2 cups carrots grated
3 tsps cinnamon more if you like
1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/3 cup walnuts chopped
1/4 cup flax seed meal optional, wheat germ or oat bran will also work well
