Ingredients

1 cup apricots puree, see recipe above
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup soy milk
1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter softened
3 tbsps milk or as needed, I used heavy whipping cream since that's what I had on hand. I'm sure milk would be tasty too, but I wouldn't recommend skim.
