3 1/2 whole bell pepper we used red and yellow
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion large, chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 carrots large, chopped
14 1/2 ozs diced tomatoes Italian style, undrained
1 tsp honey
1/2 cream
1/4 cup half & half
fresh basil we stirred some in and put some on top
