Ingredients

1 1/2 cups macaroni I use Dreamfields Macaroni for a lower-carb pasta
2 cans tuna
1 cup dill pickles chopped, or less if you don't like dill pickles that much
2 tbsps capers chopped, or less, if you're not a big fan of capers
2 tbsps olive oil drained from the tuna
2 tsps lemon juice I used my fresh frozen lemon juice
1 tsp pickle juice dill, or a little more if you like it sour
1/4 cup mayonnaise light or regular, I used a mixture of both
