1 cup sugar pea thinly and diagonally-sliced
1 cup radishes sliced into half-moon shapes
1/2 cup green onions sliced
3/4 cup chopped cilantro optional, but if you're a cilantro fan I would use it
1/2 cup sliced almonds toasted

1/2 tsp garlic puree crushed
1/4 tsp sesame oil Asian
1/4 tsp ginger purée ground
1/4 tsp Sriracha or more
