1 1/2 lbs fingerling potatoes washed; try and pick the potatoes that are as bite-sized as possible
2 1/2 tbsps dijon mustard or coarse-grain
2 1/2 tbsps fresh rosemary chopped, be sure and strip the needles from the stem before chopping them
5 cloves garlic minced or pressed
