2 tbsps olive oil
1 yellow onion chopped
2 cups mushrooms assorted, chopped, I used reconstituted shitake, oyster & porcini–you can also use fresh if available
1/2 cup chicken broth or mushroom water if you reconstituted them–strain through a coffee filter first to get out any grit
8 cups swiss chard chopped, mostly leaves
salt & pepper to taste
