3/4 cup chopped parsley or more, you can use curly or flat parsley
3/4 cup green onions thinly sliced, or more
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar or white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar or Splenda, use Splenda for South Beach Diet
salt to taste, I used about 3/4 tsp. sea salt
ground black pepper freshly, to taste, I used about 1/4 tsp.
