3 lbs beef roast cut up or use stew meat
1 onions chopped
3 cloves garlic
14 ozs tomatoes cans of
4 potatoes peeled and cut into chunks, I like to cut them into large chunks
1 lb carrots or so, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup cooking wine Holland House Red
1 cup liquid or so, but if you want a little more, you can use about 2 cups
