1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar packed
1 tsp sea salt
3/4 cup buttermilk {or substitute 3/4 cup milk with 3/4 tablespoon vinegar}
2 eggs beaten {for an extra healthy donut use 1 tablespoon ground flax seed and 3 tablespoons water for each egg}
2 tbsps melted butter
2 tbsps milk
cinnamon sugar a combination of granulated sugar and cinnamon {make to your tasting}
