2 cups vegetables for roasting: leek, mushrooms, grape tomatoes

sauce Vegan white, recipe follows
1/2 cup gluten free cornbread crumbs
rosemary Fresh chopped, to taste
6 asparagus spears trimmed fresh, for the top
2 tbsps olive oil

3 tbsps white wine optional
1 tsp mustard prepared GF
