1 1/2 cups carrots
chopped, preferably organic carrots that don't need to be peeled, chopped small
3 1/2 cups cooked turkey
diced, or chicken, cut a little larger than the vegetables
2 tbsps lemon juice
fresh-squeezed, I used my fresh-frozen lemon juice
