1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or sub another milk
2 tbsps honey can add more depending on desired sweetness
3/4 cup all-purpose flour white
3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour white, can sub all white flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup nuts I used walnuts
