1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsps cinnamon alternatively, you can use 2-3 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice instead of the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves

2 bananas medium, 1 scant cup--use less banana for a more pronounced pumpkin flavor
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
3/4 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp milk
2 tsps molasses optional, for more flavor
1/3 cup walnuts ground into flour
1/3 cup rolled oats
3 tbsps oat flour
1/2 tbsp turbinado
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp olive oil
