1 head cauliflower roughly chopped
1 bulb garlic peeled and diced
1 cup water or vegetable/chicken stock
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsps heavy cream sub milk or half-and-half if you like
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 tbsps milk
1 large eggs additional, to brush on/seal the dough
3 kale leaves large, rinsed and roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup cheese I used half cheddar and half parmesan
1/2 cup cauliflower purée, recipe above
whole grain mustard spoonful of spicy, optional
