1 tart shells store bought, I used frozen
1 cup onions Caramelised, and Cranberry Chutney
400 grams ricotta fresh
2 eggs lightly whisked
1 handful fresh herbs parsley, mint, thyme, oregano, finely chopped
2 tbsps butter room temparature
2 egg yolks reserve a tablespoon for brushing on top later
chutney Extra, to drizzle on top
fresh thyme to garnish
