4 apples Bramley cooking
powdered sugar in a shaker
200 grams plain flour
100 grams butter cold, cut into dice
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsps cold water
70 grams butter
30 grams muscovado sugar dark
2 tbsps cream I used a bit of whipping cream before whipping it
3 walnut halves extra, crushed into smaller pieces
2 tbsps glaze apricot, or lemon curd to glaze the apple.
