Ingredients

14 ozs tofu extra firm organic
2 tbsps peanut oil use more or less, depending on your pan
2 tsps minced garlic finely
2 tsps ginger root finely grated
1 cup scallions sliced into 2 inch pieces, This is about 1 bunch green onions. Keep white parts separate from green parts. I used less than this, but only because I didn't have enough.
3 tbsps chicken stock or vegetable stock
1 1/2 tbsps soy sauce I used Tamari
1 tsp black sesame seeds optional
