1/2 cup applesauce
2 tbsps maple syrup or raw agave
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar organic
1 1/4 cups sorghum flour
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt *, if your flour blend has no salt
2 tsps xanthan gum *, if your flour blend has no xanthan or guar gum added
