Ingredients

40 grams nonfat dry milk ground into a fine powder in a blender or food processor
2 1/3 tsps instant yeast
1/4 cup vanilla sugar granulated, **, you can use plain granulated sugar and add 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract to the dough
1 cup warm water about 95°F
2 eggs 120 g, out of shell at room temperature, beaten
4 tbsps unsalted butter melted and cooled
2 tbsps milk any kind, for brushing
1/3 cup vanilla sugar can substitute an equal amount of granulated sugar, and add 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract to the milk
