1 cup coriander leaf cleaned, and stems, or one cup each cilantro and parsley if using fresh
1 tbsp green chilies chopped, more or less
2 tsps ginger grated, or ½ teaspoon ground ginger
2 olive oil or more tablespoons
2 tbsps dried parsley omit if using fresh
2 cups onions thinly sliced, one large onion
1 cup flour garbanzo
2 tbsps green chilies chopped, optional
2 tbsps dried parsley or a handful chopped, fresh parsley or cilantro
2 tsps tumeric each:, curry powder, ground cumin, smoky paprika
2 tsps salt
oil for frying, I used sunflower oil
