5 blocks rice vermicelli Chinese
1 fillet meat thinly sliced, about 200g / 7oz per person
1/2 onions sliced length ways, optional
1 handful mushrooms cut quarters
1 zucchini /zucchini cut bite size pieces
1 cm ginger thick piece of, finely chopped
1 clove garlic finely chopped
2 tsps cornflour / cornstarch
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chili flakes optional
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds if not toasted, just dry fry them in a small pan until golden
1/2 cup cold water
1 spring onions / scallions
1 handful fresh coriander / cilantro
