Ingredients

1 1/2 tsps coconut oil or butter, or any neutral oil
1 tbsp brown sugar coconut sugar or cane sugar, make sure it's vegan if you need to
1 tbsp maple syrup the real, good stuff por favor
1/8 tsp fleur de sel /kosher salt/ maldon, plus more for sprinkling, you can use regular salt in the dough too, just don't sprinkle it on top and use a little less
1/8 tsp baking powder
2 tbsps wheat white whole, whole wheat or all purpose flour
2 tbsps chocolate chips or chopped chocolate, vegan if needed. I go for 70% upwards because I LOVE bittersweet chocolate!
