1 cup carrots diced, I used 1 medium
2 1/2 garlic cloves minced
1/3 tsp kosher salt to taste
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups granny smith apples diced, not peeled, one large apple
20 almonds toasted
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup dried cranberries could also be delicious with dried cherries
black pepper to taste
