500 grams minced beef premium, I prefer grass fed
800 grams italian tomatoes diced, or similar -, I prefer organic with no added salt, if using tinned
3 tbsps tomato paste I prefer organic with no added salt
1 carrots grated or finely diced
1 zucchini depending on the size, grated or finely diced
1/2 red capsicum finely diced
6 button mushrooms finely diced
2 baby spinach leaves big handfuls, roughly chopped
1 packet lasagna sheets fresh or oven-ready dried, I prefer fresh, but it doesn't really matter.
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese freshly
