3 cups cooked chicken leftover, diced into 3/4 inch pieces
2 cups frozen peas thawed
12 ozs roasted red peppers diced into 3/4 inch pieces
1/3 cup mayonnaise can use light mayo, but don't use fat free
3 tbsps basil pesto sauce other types of pesto also might be fun
salt to taste, I used Vege-sal
