1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds soaked with the masoor dhal
1 tbsp ghee or vegetable oil

1 tsp cumin I used a bit more as I love cumin
6 drops extract Holy Lama garam masala
6 drops extract Holy Lama chilli
3 tbsps fresh coriander finely chopped
