300 grams skinless chicken thighs boneless and, cut into small bite size pieces
oil for frying
2 tbsps corn flour
1 tbsp plain flour
1/2 tsp chili powder kashmiri, or mild paprika
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper powder
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsps water
2 tbsps vegetable oil
4 spring onions finely chopped, set aside the green ends for garnish
1 green chilies cut in three, add more if you like it spicy
10 garlic finely chopped
1/2 ginger finely chopped
220 grams green pepper diced
80 grams purple onion diced
1 tbsp garlic sauce chilli
3 tbsps kecap manis
50 ml water
1 tsp corn flour mixed with 2 tsp of water
salt to taste
