1 can black beans rinsed well and drained in a colander
2 avocado peeled and cut into 3/4 inch pieces
3 Fuyu persimmons peeled and cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1/3 cup sliced green onions thinly
2 tbsps fresh lime juice plus 1 T more to toss with avocado
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce or other hot sauce of your choice, use more if you like it hot
1 tsp lime zest grated, optional, but good
