Ingredients

1 cup rice
1/2 cup onions chopped
3 garlic gloves of, minced
2 cups veggies
2 eggs whisked
2 tbsps canola oil
1 tsp sesame oil optional
sesame oil I realize, can be expensive, but a little goes a long way! Just be sure to store in the fridge to keep it from going bad. I found a small bottle for under $4 at Meijer
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce each:, & teriyaki--OR 2 tablespoons Trader Joe's Soyaki
green onions Garnish- chopped
