1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
4 tbsps butter
3/4 tsp salt scale back, to taste, if your nut butter is salted
1 1/2 tsps vanilla extract
2 cups oat flour or about 1¾ cups oats ground into flour, see step 1
1 cup pecans whole, or other nuts
