1 purple onion small, or young white onion
1 1/2 tbsps tahini paste
1 tsp sea salt
2/3 tsp coriander seeds powder

1/2 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp celery seed optional
1 handful fresh parsley roughly chopped
1 tbsp tapioca flour or 3/4 tbsp coconut flour

1 tsp hot sauce /chilli sauce or chilli flakes
