Ingredients

1/4 cup fresh lime juice about 2 limes
2 tbsps balsamic vinegar for Stage 2 on the ACD, use 1 Tbsp/15 ml apple cider vinegar
20 drops liquid pure plain stevia, or 1-2 tsp agave nectar in later stages of the ACD, or more, to taste
1 tsp ginger root freshly grated
5 leaves swiss chard stems removed and finely shredded
6 cups baby greens assorted, I like Italian mix, but any combination is good
2 grapefruit peeled, pitted and sliced with thick inner membranes removed
1 fennel bulb medium, cut in half and finely sliced
1 beetroots medium, peeled and grated
1/3 cup toasted sunflower seeds lightly
1/4 cup fresh dill for garnish, optional
