Ingredients

1 lb apricots
3 tbsps sugar
1 tbsp flour
nutmeg Grated fresh, a pinch
1/2 stick butter 4 tablespoons, 2 ounces, melted
6 tbsps turbinado turbinado, also sold as Sugar in the Raw, gives an excellent crunch
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour or a mixture of whole wheat and all-purpose flour
1 pinch salt
2 tbsps sliced almonds I didn't have and almonds so I just used 2 more tablespoons of oats
