1 fennel roughly chopped
6 leeks halved lengthways and through the middle
6 cloves garlic un-peeled
1 glug white wine
1 handful thyme leaves
butter a large spoonful of, sorry not to have better measurements but I just used what I had left
1 1/2 tbsps plain flour
1/2 vegetable stock a pint of
1/2 milk a pint of
1 glug white wine
mustard powder or any mustard to be honest
