1/4 cup sherry
1/4 cup brandy
7 ozs unsalted butter room temperature
2/3 cup brown sugar lightly packed
2 eggs room temperature
3/4 cup all-purpose flour sifted
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg freshly
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 oz dark chocolate finely grated
2 tbsps powdered sugar use 3 if you like it sweeter
3 tbsps brandy
