1 tbsp honey
1 3/4 cups warm water make sure this isn’t too hot – it should be warm or lukewarm to the touch
1/2 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
4 large eggs at room temperature
1 tbsp salt
8 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
sesame seeds to sprinkle, I’ve seen poppy seeds used as well
1 eggs lightly beaten with a splash of water
