3 cups water
1 cup finely chopped onion 1 medium onion
1 cup chopped celery finely
1 cup carrots coarsely chopped
3 cups cooked chicken diced
1 tbsp poultry seasoning I used Penzeys
1 pinch pepper flakes I used some wonderful Turkish pepper flakes from Burcu, thanks Burcu!
