Ingredients

2 lime
2 tsps honey
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp coarse salt
10 ozs pinto beans or black beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 cups corn preferably fresh, cut off the cob, 2 ears
1 avocado diced
2/3 cup diced tomatoes seeds removed
2/3 cup cucumber diced, or zucchini
2/3 cup black olives diced, I forgot to add mine so you won't see them in the pictures
3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded or cubed, colby jack or pepper jack
1/4 cup jalapeno chilies diced, I use jarred, nacho sliced
1 clove minced garlic
3 cups iceberg lettuce finely chopped or shredded
1 cup corn tortilla chips crushed white
