1 onion small, diced
100 grams asparagus cut into ½cm slices
50 grams peas sugarsnap, cut into ½cm slices
4 cloves garlic minced
100 grams mushrooms cut into 1cm dice
125 grams cherry tomatoes quartered
125 grams sweet corn kernels
2 tbsps butter
2 tbsps plain flour
300 ml milk
50 grams cheddar cheese grated
150 grams lasagne no-boil, sheets
100 grams mozzarella cheese grated, I actually used a mozzarella / cheddar mix
1 tomatoes large, sliced
fresh parsley chopped, to serve
