1/4 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 tbsps rice vinegar
1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
1 clove garlic minced or grated
8 ozs rice noodles brown, Cellophane, Korean Sweet Potato Noodles or any of your favorite noodles can be used
2 tbsps oil sesame seed
2 carrots large, chopped into matchsticks
1 orange bell pepper red and, sliced thin
8 ozs mushrooms sliced
1 lb steak flank, steak, sliced into bite size strips
2 green onions chopped
1/4 cup sesame seeds a mix of white and black
1 bunch fresh cilantro chopped
