1 cup almond milk warm
1 cup warm water
5 tbsps chia seeds ground, I just ground my black chia seeds in the food processor
3 tbsps canola oil
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 cup walnuts soaked in water for 5 hours
2 baby beets roasted, you can roast them yourself, or take the easy way out like I did and buy them packaged from Trader Joes.
2 tbsps garlic diced
