3/4 cup sorghum flour
1/2 cup tapioca starch or potato starch, not potato flour!
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1 tsp chili powder or cinnamon- or my fave: both
1/2 cup light brown sugar organic
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup olive oil light, or grapeseed oil
1 cup warm water very, or rice milk
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 water extra tablespoons, if needed- the batter should be like cake batter, and not too thick
1/2 cup green chile chopped roasted, mild or spicy, as you prefer
