Ingredients

16 ozs extra firm tofu or dou gan
3 tbsps oil peanuts
1 green pepper sliced
1 red pepper sliced, or with dried chili pepper
3 garlic gloves, minced
1 in ginger root sliced
5 scallions get the white part for stir-frying and the green part for garnish
1 handful dry roasted peanuts I skip this, but I recommend to add some if you do not hate peanuts.
2 tsps sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp water
