4 cups kale finely Chopped, . The finer you chop it, the less bitter it tastes.
1/4 cup red cabbage Chopped
2 green onions Chopped
1/2 avocado Chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic cloves finely Chopped
1/2 tsp molasses
1 tsp rubbed sage Dried, or 1/4 teaspoon Dried Ground
sea salt or Kosher, to taste
ground black pepper Freshly, to taste
1 tbsp fennel fronds Chopped reserved
